In Arla HR, we help people succeed at work through business-oriented solutions for people and organisations. We partner with business units on cross-functional projects and support on all people-related matters within organisational development. We play an essential role in providing an attractive workplace and a leadership practice that attracts and develops colleagues to operate with success in a multi-national business.

As an HR Graduate in Arla Foods, your development is at the forefront. Through 3 rotations across two years, you will get insights into various parts of our HR organisation, positioning your career towards an impactful role in a large business. The programme is designed to build your HR toolbox as you gain a strong functional knowledge coupled with a strategic mindset.

At the end of the programme you will enter a full-time role within HR in Arla Foods.

The structure of the two-year graduate programme is designed with a focus on how we can fuel your growth and development.

You will receive a mentor to support your development and receive regular feedback on your performance from your development manager to keep you on track.

You will play a big role in designing your own development journey. Together with your mentor and manager, you will learn, sense and discover where and how you want to develop, in which direction you should focus and how to get there.

Through exciting rotations across three HR functions, we will support your development of core HR skills, while building on essential competencies within Global People Development, Rewards & Mobility and as an HRBP within our Supply Chain. This will ensure a profound understanding of not just our HR organisation but Arla as a business.
