As a Finance graduate in Arla Foods, your development is our highest priority. Through three rotations across two years, you will get insights to various parts of Arla Finance, positioning you towards an impactful Finance career. The programme is designed to build your Finance toolbox as you gain a strong functional knowledge coupled with a strategic mindset. At the end of the programme, you will enter a full-time role within Finance in Arla Foods.

The structure of the two-year graduate programme is designed with a focus on how we can fuel your growth and development.

You will receive a mentor to support your development and receive regular feedback on your performance from your development manager to keep you on track.

You will play a big role in designing your own development journey. Together with your mentor and manager, you will learn, sense and discover where and how you want to develop, in which direction you should focus and how to get there.

The structure of the programme

Through exciting rotations across three Finance functions, we will support your development of core Finance skills, while building on essential competencies within Business & Performance, Data & Digital and Strategy & Execution. You can experience rotations in Performance Management, Supply Chain Finance, M&A, Strategy, or other areas. Furthermore, the programme offers an exceptional opportunity of a rotation abroad at one of our European or MENA offices.

12 months – Home country

Apply analytical skills into a business context to provide valued guidance for decision-makers

Understanding financial performance, analysis and modeling

6 months – Home or abroad

Understand data and leverage it to generate insights for the business

Grow advanced analytics and visualization skills, building BI and predictive capabilities

Building business cases and proposals for investments and communicating them effectively

Training as part of your development

Throughout your graduate journey, you will attend training weeks to build on your functional expertise and support your personal development.

The training weeks will take place in different countries to get a feel of the Arla Culture and business across various markets. Parts of the training will be facilitated along with graduates on our other programmes.

Beyond graduate

After the two years on the Finance graduate programme you will transition into a full-time position in Arla Finance.

In the following year, we will continue your support to ensure that you are comfortable in your new role, and on track in your development journey. Your mentorship will continue and you will be invited to join an additional training session.
