To become a part of our Finance graduate programme, the first step is to send us an online application. Most importantly, it is a requirement to apply via the online recruitment system.

Your application must be in English and should include:

A motivational cover letter
Your CV
A transcript (or printout if you are yet to graduate)

2. Assessments

Accepted Answer

After the application deadline, the qualified candidates will be asked to prepare a problem solving and personality assessment to have an indication of your cognitive capacity and motivational drivers.

Due to the amount of applications that we receive, we cannot guarantee feedback to all candidates on their assessments. If wanted, you can receive a copy of your results.

3. Video interview

Accepted Answer

As the next step in the process, we will ask you to conduct a short video interview through HireVue. The video interview is an on-demand interview, where you will be recording yourself while answering pre-defined questions. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your motivation for applying to the programme.

When you have submitted the video interview, we will review your recording and will get back to you regarding the outcome of your application, and whether you will be invited to the next step in the recruitment process.

4. Physical interview

If you are among the selected candidates, we will invite you to a physical interview with a representative from our Talent Acquisition department and a business representative.

The interview serves the purpose of ensuring that you are the right fit for the position. Furthermore, you will receive feedback the assessments completed during the recruitment process.

After the interview, you will receive feedback on whether you have been selected for this year’s Finance Graduate Programme.
