As a future Supply Chain graduate, you will accelerate your career towards a leading role in Supply Chain to help shape our business moving forward. You will be working alongside dedicated production and logistics managers at one of our dairies or terminals, gather direct experience of site planners scheduling the daily works of a production site and implement projects that are critical for our infrastructure in the markets
You will provide significant impact to our business by leading key projects helps you develop essential leadership skills. It's a well-rounded opportunity for personal and professional growth that sets you on a dynamic career path.
The programme will provide you with full insight to our Supply Chain organization with rotations across Production, Logistics, Planning and Engineering & Technology, across two different Supply Chain locations.
You will build your project leadership skills as you work on strategically prioritized projects. You get the opportunity to learn and contribute at the same time and develop your leadership competencies with the aspiration to take on a leadership position in the future.

Development camps
WE ARE ARLA
Establish a fundamental understanding of the Arla culture and the core of who we are.
The camp will focus on getting to understand the Arla value chain from farm, to dairy to innovation, marketing, sales and everything in between.
GOOD GROWTH
You will build and solve a business case to gain a deep understanding of Arla's business and operations.
The second development camp will take place in one of our core markets outside of Denmark.
FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
During this week, you will strengthen core skills and competencies, while gaining deeper insights into Arla’s culture and ways of working.
The camp will help you expand your network further, and be inspired by colleagues from across the business. You will take part in engaging sessions designed to challenge your thinking and encourage collaboration.
GOOD LEADERSHIP
