Development Camps
We are Arla
Establish a fundamental understanding of the Arla culture and the core of who we are.
The camp will focus on getting to understand the Arla value chain from farm, to dairy to innovation, marketing, sales and everything in between.
Good Growth
You will work on a business case with the rest of the graduates to gain a deep understanding of Arla's business and how we work with problem solving.
The second development camp will take place in one of our large markets outside of Denmark.
Functional development
Focus on building essential skills and competencies relevant within IT.
The camp will include IT specific training, sessions and development opportunities to grow in your field and learn about the broad opportunities within our IT organization.
Good Leadership
Reinforcement of our Good Leadership competencies.
We will focus the importance of clear communication, showing decisiveness and also on a constant development of yourself and others. We promise a memorable experience.
Who are you?
We are looking for curious, motivated individuals with a genuine interest in IT and a strong desire to learn and grow. While we welcome graduates from diverse educational backgrounds, your mindset and motivation matter most.
Your rotations will be tailored to your educational background, profile and interest, and we’ll work with you to shape the right path based on your competencies and aspirations.
Arla IT is a large organisation, covering everything from daily operations and support to cybersecurity, and developing and implementing IT solutions for our global business - from farm and production to logistics and office operations.
Aspiring to build a career in IT
Living in Denmark or Poland
Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree
... in a STEM field, completed within two years before the programme starts in September
