Establish a fundamental understanding of the Arla culture and the core of who we are.

The camp will focus on getting to understand the Arla value chain from farm, to dairy to innovation, marketing, sales and everything in between.
 

You will work on a business case with the rest of the graduates to gain a deep understanding of Arla's business and how we work with problem solving.

The second development camp will take place in one of our large markets outside of Denmark.

Focus on building essential skills and competencies relevant within IT.

The camp will include IT specific training, sessions and development opportunities to grow in your field and learn about the broad opportunities within our IT organization.

Reinforcement of our Good Leadership competencies.

We will focus the importance of clear communication, showing decisiveness and also on a constant development of yourself and others. We promise a memorable experience.
