Our recruitment process is designed to identify your potential to become one of our Graduates in IT while also helping you decide if Arla Foods is the perfect match for you.
To make sure that we find the right candidates, we invest a lot of time and effort in identifying, selecting and hiring our graduates. Therefore, the recruitment process consists of several steps. We have outlined key elements of the process below.
The steps of the recruitment process
1. Application
To become a part of our IT graduate programme, the first step is to send us an online application. Most importantly, it is a requirement to apply via the online recruitment system.
Your application must be in English and should include:
- A motivational cover letter
- Your CV
- A transcript (or printout if you are yet to graduate)
2. Assessments & video interview
After the application deadline, the qualified candidates will be asked to prepare a problem solving and personality assessment to have an indication of your cognitive capacity and preferred working style. If wanted, you can receive a copy of your results.
Together with the assessments, we will ask you to perform a video interview through HireVue. The video interview is an on-demand interview, where you will record yourself while answering pre-defined questions. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your motivation for applying to the programme.
When you have submitted the video interview, we will review your recording and will get back to you regarding the outcome of your application, and whether you will be invited to the next step in the recruitment process.
3. Interview & case
If you are among the selected candidates, we will invite you to an interview with a representative from our Talent Acquisition department and a business representative. You will be asked to solve a case at the interview.
The interview serves the purpose of ensuring that you are the right fit for the position. Furthermore, you will receive feedback the assessments completed during the recruitment process.
After your interview, you will receive feedback on whether you have been selected for this year’s IT Graduate Programme.
4. Group Case
For the last part of the recruitment process, we invite a selected group of candidates to complete a group case and present your findings.
The group case will be conducted with representatives from our Talent Acquisition department and relevant business representatives.
After the group case, you will receive feedback on whether you have been selected for this year’s IT Graduate Programme.
5. Job offer
If you made it to step 4, there is nothing left to say other than: Congratulations on becoming one of the next IT graduates in Arla Foods!
We are excited to welcome you to programme and strive to give you the best possible start to your career in Arla Foods from day one.
