RYE BREAD SANDWICH
with grilled vegetables and Arla Cream Cheese
2 slices of rye bread
½ zucchini or 1 small bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Arla Cream Cheese Natural
2 slices of Serrano ham
Greens (e.g. rucola)
- Heat your oven to its maximum temperature on the grill function
- Slide the zucchini (or, alternatively, slice your bell pepper into big chunks). Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables for approx. 5 minutes in the oven. Leave shortly to cool a bit once done.
- Spread Cream Cheese on the rye bread slices, top one slice with the vegetables and ham and add the second slice on top
