The IT graduate programme allows you to try out different areas of IT to come closer to your field of interest.

You will take part in scoping your own role, but we are primarily looking for graduates within the below areas. The areas are broad, and your interest and educational background will be important when shaping your 2 rotations during the programme.

Solution Consultant
Solution Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience in optimizing system processes and delivering innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals in Arla to support data migrations, conduct testing and design efficient system processes. You’ll work with a range of SaaS and SaaP solutions, including Salesforce and other packaged software.

Data Scientist/Engineer
Data Scientist/Engineer

Within the data science area you will be exploring possibilities to help Arla with state of the art models and algorithms based on data. You will use new data-driven technologies to solve critical business problems. When exploring data engineering, you will drive the best practices around cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will help deliver data and advanced analytics across Arla's value chain and help enable colleagues to utilize data.

Network Specialist
Network Specialist

In this area you will build knowledge and skills around infrastructure, distributed systems, information technology and cloud optimization.

You will be involved in the implementation of both technical and behavioural changes throughout the organization and help ensure a good collaboration with different stakeholders across a landscape of end users, vendors and supporting functions in IT.

What makes an IT Graduate?

  • You are aiming towards a career in IT.
  • You have a strong interest in one of the areas or similar.
  • You are living in Denmark or Poland.
  • You have completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree no later than 1 year prior to the start of the IT graduate programme in September.
  • You have a curios mindset and want to explore and develop within your field of interest and grow into a future specialists.
