Our Recruitment process

The recruitment process is designed to identity the best fit of candidates for our HR graduate programme while also helping you decide if Arla Foods is the perfect match for you.

To make sure that we find the right candidates, we invest a lot of time and effort in identifying, selecting and hiring our graduates. Therefore, the recruitment process consists of several steps. We have outlined key elements of the process below.

The steps of the recruitment process

1. Application

To become a part of our HR graduate programme, the first step is to send us an online application.  Most importantly, it is a requirement to apply via the online recruitment system. 

Your application must be in English and should include:

  • A motivational cover letter 
  • Your CV
  • A transcript (or printout if you are yet to graduate)

2. Assessments

After the application deadline, you will be asked to complete psychometric and problem-solving assessments in order for us to gain an understanding of your preferred working style and problem-solving skills. You will receive a report of your results from the psychometric assessment immediately after completion.

Once completed, we will review your assessment and get back to you regarding the outcome of you application and whether you will be invited to the next step in the recruitment process.

3. Video interview

As the next step in the process, we will ask you to conduct a short video interview through HireVue. The video interview is an on-demand interview, where you will be recording yourself while answering pre-defined questions. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your motivation for applying to the programme.

When you have submitted the video interview, we will review your recording and will get back to you regarding the outcome of your application, and whether you will be invited to the next step in the recruitment process.

4. Physical interview

If you are among the selected candidates, we will invite you to a physical interview with a representative from our Talent Acquisition department and senior HR representatives.

The interview serves the purpose of ensuring that you are the right fit for the position.

After the interview, you will receive feedback on whether you have been selected for this year’s HR Graduate Programme.

5. Job offer
