LEMON & CHICKPEA MILK SMOOTHIE

A savoury milk smoothie of nutty chickpea and tangy lemon with a hint of black pepper.

Ingredients for 1

  • 30 g cooked chickpeas
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    black pepper
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 60 g cooked chickpeas
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    black pepper
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 120 g cooked chickpeas
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
    black pepper
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Carefully mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, incorporating slowly, until smooth.  

Strain mixture through a sieve and serve with a pinch of black pepper on top.
