A zesty, creamy milk smoothie with lemon and chia seeds.

Ingredients for 1

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    
2 dl milk (1,5%) 

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
    
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    
4 dl milk (1,5%) 

  • 8 tablespoons chia seeds
    
8 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    
8 dl milk (1,5%) 

Instructions

Soak chia seeds overnight in milk, keeping refrigerated.


Blend the chia seeds and milk with the remaining ingredients and serve.


For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
