Marketing academy for Arla Foods

The first 25 employees have begun their two year programme at Arla Foods’ new Marketing Academy. The programme is targetted at the Group’s 200 marketing staff and comprises 18 teaching days divided into six modules. The teaching is in English and the programme is organised in several different countries.
“The aim of Arla Foods’ Marketing Academy is to assist in the individual staff member’s development and to enhance the Group’s competitiveness,” says Kim Schaltz, Group Marketing. “The experiences from Arla Foods’ many markets and business areas should benefit the whole Group.”
