Current Group Finance Director Anker Mejnertz has been appointed head of a new staff function comprising the current Danish and Swedish IT organisations. He will be succeeded by the current Director of Business Support, Jørgen Wendel Andersen.
Anker Mejnertz, 53, joined MD Foods in 1995 and has played an important role in all large mergers and other major reorganisations ever since.
Jørgen Wendel Andersen, 48, who has held a number of leading positions in Denmark's food sector, joined MD Foods in 1997.
