Have a look inside

What does a graduate even do?

Some of our current 2019 graduates are sharing insights into their start first rotations and projects they are working on.

Sarah Meyer, F15 Graduate

My first rotation will take part in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I will be working in the Corporate Strategy and Business Development departments on strategy execution for Arla South East Asia in Kuala Lumpur.

I will be working on two key projects during my first rotation. Together with a digital expert, I will co-lead a digital project to level up the team’s capability and propose digital initiatives to drive meaningful efforts in providing a better consumer journey and customer experience on Arla’s growth journey in South East Asia. Additionally, I will support the launch preparation of a pre-mium product to bring the new business model up and running.

Norbert Baricz, F15 Graduate

On my first rotation, I will be based in Stockholm and will be working closely with the Supply Chain team in Sweden and with the Global HR team. The project I will be working on seeks to find out how to best upskill the dairy workers in Sweden in order to make sure Arla can continue producing great products in the years to come.

The project is quite exciting, both because of its strategic importance, and because of its potential to have a large positive impact on the performance of the dairies in Sweden for years to come. Since a large part of my work experience has been in HR, education and change management, I am excited to be involved in a project that combines all three!

Moyo Adenmosun, F15 Graduate

My first rotation will be within the Innovation team of the Milk Based Beverages (MBB) business unit based in Aarhus, Denmark. MBB is one of Arla’s eight product categories with a portfolio in-cluding the local Danish brand Mathilde® and the globally recognized brand Starbucks®.

My role will be crafting and executing the MBB strategy to support Arla’s ambition to be a category leader by 2020. This will require providing answers to the question; “How are we going to win across geographies, consumer segments and product categories?” I am excited about using my analytical skills to evaluate required resources, capabilities and systems.

I will also be working as a project manager on the launch and implementation of new formats in the Starbucks® range.
