We have designed a two-year programme with a focus on how you can fuel your growth and development.
Once selected as an PM graduate, you will be given responsibility from day one and the opportunity to make your effort count. You will solve assignments and business critical tasks for one or more members of the management team at the production site. We offer you the best possible framework for this journey and regular feedback on your performance will keep you on track.
With the PM graduate programme, you provide the talent, effort and determination and we provide the “launch pad” and learning opportunities for you to develop and become a future leader in Arla.

The Production Management graduate programme have been designed to accelerate your growth and development through-out the two years. The first year consist of two rotations of 6 months each, where you will be working on strategic important projects at one of our diary production sites. During the first year you will develop competencies within e.g., dairy technology, project management, digital capabilities, problem-solving, analytical skills, and stakeholder management. The last year is one rotation, where you will take on the role as a team leader for between 10-15 people. The last year you will learn a lot related to people management – how to engage people, motivate people, when to listen and when to make decisions. In short, two years that will boost your professional and personal growth for a key role in Arla’s global business.
