What are the formal qualifications?
We are open to various educational lines of study as the F15® graduate programme has a broad business focus. In order to apply you need to have finalized your Bachelor's or Master's degree not more than 2 years ago and latest by 1st September of the year you are applying to the F15 Programme. There is no need to speak another language than English, but is of course a plus. You are not required to speak Danish.
How many positions are available?
The concrete number of F15 Graduates varies from year to year, depending on business needs and the number of qualified candidates. But you can expect 10-15 graduates to be hired each year.
How do I apply?
We normally open our application window in November for the next year's intake for the programme. Please follow our website and our social media channels for further information. You can also go to Vacancies to see all the current open positions.
When applying, please attach your CV and your academic certificates from your studies and any other document you find relevant. If you have not yet completed your degree, please attach an overview of your latest exam marks. In your application you must convince us that your educational background, personality and leadership aspiration, is what we are looking for in order to become a key employee and future leader in Arla Foods.
People from several different countries will handle your application and it is imperative that your application is in English. Non-English applications will not be taken into consideration. That also means that your exam papers must be translated into English, unless they are in either English, German or any of the Scandinavian languages.
How are the rotations and the salary?
The F15 Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, with at least one of them taking place in a different market than Denmark, depending on Arla's strategic focus at the given time. Arla pays a competitive market salary during the F15® Graduate Programme.
What projects do you work on during your rotations?
The projects for each rotations are developed and submitted by the business and selected by HR business partners in Arla. The selected projects will always be business critical and relevant in relation to Arla’s strategy.
In which locations will the rotations be?
The first rotation of your graduate programme will be in Denmark.
For the second and third rotation there is possibility to go to either our markets in Europe or to some of our offices outside of Europe.
Will I get an influence on the locations for my rotations?
First rotation: Together with the programme manager you will get the chance to express your interests in regards to functions, but the allocation of projects and areas depend on the relevant projects in Arla.
Second rotation: Together with the programme manager you get to express wishes to functions/skills you want to learn and areas, but the allocation of projects and area depend on the relevant projects in Arla.
Third rotation: You will have to source your own project in cooperation with the business to make sure it is strategically important. The allocation will still depend on the prioritization from the business, but your influence is higher than with the two first rotations.
What learning opportunities will the F15® Graduate Programme provide me with?
As a graduate in Arla Foods you will be provided with several opportunities to support your learning
- You will be allocated a personal mentor who is a Senior Manager or Director in Arla, who will guide you through your personal development plan, and help build your network.
- On each rotation, you will have a Development Manager who will evaluate your performance and behavior in the current position, and provide valuable feedback.
- You will get professional coaching to bring focus on your strengths and areas for improvement.
- As part of your graduate journey, you will attend four training camps where you will be provided with relevant tools and theories, and develop your leadership skills.
- On your rotations you will work on relevant business critical projects in an international setting and get your own responsibilities, which will build your competencies and provide you with relevant work experiences.
- Last but not least, you will become a part of a large graduate network within Arla.
Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the program?
As an F15, you are hired for two years as a full-time employee. When you have completed the programme, we expect your skills and experiences to qualify you for another full-time job at Arla. There is no unconditional job guarantee, but due to our investment in the Graduate Programme, we obviously wish to make good use of your unique skills when you have finished the programme and F15s will be prioritized compared to candidates with similar qualifications.
What is the difference between F15 and PMGP?
Both the F15 and Production Management Graduate Programme are programmes for ambitious individuals who strive to become future leaders in Arla Foods. The F15 Programme is a two-year international programme where you go on three rotations within different commercial areas: Marketing, business development, finance, etc. The Production Management Graduate Programme is a two-year programme where you rotate to different production sites and your focus is on one functional area of production or supply chain.
Will I receive feedback on my application?
As we experience a huge interest in the F15® Graduate Programme and receive many applications, we unfortunately will not be able to provide individual feedback for all applicants.
