Bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 150 g (1 pack) of Arla Natural Cream Cheese
  • 6 small wheat bagels
  • 190 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/2  peeled cucumber, sliced
  •  3/4 cup finely cut chives
  •  6 lettuce leaves

Preparation (30 minutes):

Warm the bagels. Let them cool and split them. Spread the bottoms with Arla Natural Cream Cheese and place the salmon on top. Garnish with cucumber, chives and salad leaves. Add the top of the bagel at the end and serve immediately.
