COFFEE & HAZELNUT MILK SMOOTHIE

The silky and buttery smack of hazelnut in this milk smoothie cuts the mild bitterness of coffee.

Ingredients for 1

  • 3 tablespoons hazelnuts
    1 espresso shot
    2 dl milk (1,5%)


  • 6 tablespoons hazelnuts
    2 espresso shots
    4 dl milk (1,5%)


  • 12 tablespoons hazelnuts
    4 espresso shots
    8 dl milk (1,5%)


Instructions

Soak hazelnuts overnight in milk, keep refrigerated.

  Blend the mixture with milk and strain through a sieve.
 
Prepare the espresso shot and mix together in a saucepan.
 
Warm mixture over medium heat and serve hot.
