APRICOT MILK SMOOTHIE

The floral taste of apricots with the sweetness of vanilla – encapsulated in one yummy milk smoothie.

Ingredients for 1

  • 4 dried apricots
    1 teaspoon vanilla (pure)
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 8 dried apricots
    2 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 16 dried apricots
    4 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Soak apricots overnight in milk, keep refrigerated.
 
Blend together with the remaining ingredients and serve cold.
 
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
