e-Catalogue

The e-Catalogue is an online ordering system, facilitated by Coupa, that allows buyers inside Arla Foods to easily order goods from a user-friendly platform. The e-Catalogue displays a selection of items with agreed prices that have been negotiated between Arla Foods and the supplier.

It is only our preferred suppliers that are considered suitable for having an e-Catalogue, and it will always be Arla Foods that decide whether an e-Catalogue should be included in the contract.

Getting started

Creating and updating an e-Catalogue

If a supplier is selected to provide a catalogue, Arla Foods will contact the supplier to initiate the setup process. We support both Supplier Hosted Catalogues and Punch Out Catalogues, depending on the agreed solution.

For Supplier Hosted Catalogues, suppliers upload and maintain catalogue content within Coupa system. For Punch Out Catalogues, content is maintained in the supplier’s own environment and accessed through a direct connection to Arla Foods’ purchasing system.

All agreed products, prices, and related information must be kept accurate and up to date to ensure Arla Foods users can always access correct catalogue content.
