Coupa is an AI-driven cloud platform for comprehensive spend management and supply chain optimisation. Arla has selected this solution to enhance collaboration and growth using a suite of procurement tools. The planned go-live is 27 October 2025.

By adopting electronic collaboration and innovative sourcing methods, we aim to increase efficiency in our tender process. Therefore, we expect our suppliers to:

Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and e-Auctions exclusively through Coupa.
Thoroughly review requirements and specifications in tender invitations before participating.

How suppliers will use Coupa

Purchase orders

Purchase orders generated in Coupa will be sent from the email address: arlafoods.coupahost.com. Please ensure this address is whitelisted in your system to avoid missing important communications.

Coupa Supplier Portal

You set up your supplier account and keep your business information up-to-date directly in Coupa.

Catalogues & web-shops

We will invite preferred suppliers to create and manage online catalogues within Coupa, making it easier to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.

Contracts & sourcing events

We will invite you to sourcing events and exchange contracting information through the Coupa platform, streamlining all key interactions in one place.
