Oatmeal With Skyr and Apple


1 serving
1 dl oats
1 tsp chia seeds
2 dl milk (low fat)
2 dates
pinch of salt
1/2 appel, chopped
4 tsp skyr


Remove the stones from the dates and cut them into smaller pieces. Cook oatmeal, milk, chia seeds, dates and salt in a saucepan. Cook it until the desired consistency - remember to stir regularly. Serve the porridge in a bowl topped with skyr and apple.
