Chip bread salmon

2 slice of whole grain crispbread
cream cheese
2 slices of salmon
4 slices of cucumber
salt and pepper


Butter the cripsbread with cream cheese and place the salmon on top of the cream cheese. Top it with fresh cucumber, coriander, salt and pepper.
