Quick breakfast

Banana pancakes


1 serving
½ banana
1 egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla powder or vanilla essence
2 tbsp. oats
½ dl milk (low fat)

berries (when in season, otherwise use frozen berries)
coconut flakes
1 tbsp skyr


Mash the banana and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Fry small pancakes on a hot frying pan with a small amount of oil. Serve the delicious pancakes with a spoonful of skyr, berries and coconut flakes on top.
