Assessment

Applicants are assessed via HireVue Video Assessments by Arla’s Talent Acquisition team. Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at Arla Foods Head Office. This involves a group exercise and individual competency-based interview.

Following the Assessment Day, successful candidates will be invited to a final stage interview at their chosen site to meet the team and understand the environment.
