In your four years as an EDEN Apprentice Engineer, you will gain hands- on experience at one of our manufacturing sites. You will be part of a team of engineers, working with cutting-edge technology to keep Arla at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
Over the course of two years, you’ll master the art of safely turning milk into high quality dairy products like cheese, yoghurt and butter for some of the UK’s favourite retailers.
Throughout the programme, you will gain an in-depth understanding of Arla’s end-to-end manufacturing processes, helping to produce well-known dairy products that meet our quality, safety and efficiency standards, all while following clearly defined procedures.
