Veggie sandwich


1 serving
2 slice of whole grain bread
1-2 tbs of low fat cream cheese
1 small handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 small tomato, sliced
2 slices of red pepper


Build the sandwich and toast it in a toaster. Or eat it fresh, with only the bread toasted. Enjoy the sandwich with a glass of milk.
