Soft boiled egg and grape


1 serving
1 egg
1 slice of rye bread (or other whole grain bread)
2 slices low fat cheese
1 glass of juice
½ grape
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped


Boil the egg in boiling water for 6 minutes. While the egg is boiling you can roast the bread. Serve the soft boiled egg with rye bread with cheese, ½ grape topped with mint leaves and a fresh glass of juice.
