Scrambled Egg With Cottage Cheese


1 serving
1 egg
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
3 tomato
4 slices of cucumber
1 slice rye bread (or other whole grain bread)
salt and pepper


Beat the egg, whip the cottage cheese with the egg and cook it in the pan over high heat. Toast the bread. Serve scrambled egg with roasted bread, tomatoes, cucumber, salt and pepper.
