HOT MINT & CHOCOLATE MILK

A warm dessert-like milk drink of cocoa, vanilla and mint – without guilt or regret.

Ingredients for 1

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    1 teaspoon vanilla (pure)
    1 handful fresh mint leaves
    1,5 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    1 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    2 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    2 handfuls fresh mint leaves
    3 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    4 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    4 handfuls fresh mint leaves
    6 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Grind mint leaves to a fine paste. Incorporate milk with mint, infuse for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Blend the remaining ingredients with the milk and mint mixture.

Strain mixture through a sieve into a saucepan. Warm to a simmer and serve hot.
