CRANBERRY MILK SMOOTHIE

Sweet and sour, fresh and colourful, all wrapped together in one lip-smackingly good milk smoothie.

Ingredients for 1

  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
    1 teaspoon lime juice
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 tablespoons dried cranberries
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 8 tablespoons dried cranberries
    4 teaspoons lime juice
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Soak cranberries overnight in milk, keep refrigerated.

  Blend mixture with the remaining ingredients and serve cold.
 
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
