A filling milk smoothie with abundant green broccoli and peas.

Ingredients for 1

  • 50 g broccoli 

    1 tablespoon peas 

    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 100 g broccoli 

    2 tablespoons peas 

    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 200 g broccoli 

    4 tablespoons peas 

    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Carefully mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, incorporating slowly, and blend until smooth.
 
Strain mixture through a sieve and serve.
