Cheesecake in individual bowls


  • 500 gr Arla® fresh cream cheese
  • 350 gr Arla® whipping cream
  • 90 gr powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsps vanilla essence
  • 200 gr oat biscuits
  • 80 gr Lurpak® butter
  • Red fruit marmalade for serving



Add the oat biscuits in a small mixer and beat well until well crushed and place them in a bowl. Melt the Lurpak® butter in a small saucepan, add it in the bowl with the biscuits and stir well using a spoon until the 2 ingredients are mixed well. Divide the biscuit mixture in the bowls, without pressing the biscuits in the bottom.

Add in a mixer, the fresh cream cheese Arla®, powdered sugar, zest of lemon and lime and vanilla essence and whisk until mixed well. Add the whipping cream Arla® and continue whisking until you have a fluffy cream. Divide the cream into the bowls and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

When the cheesecake in individual bowls are cooled down, take out of the fridge and serve with some red fruit marmalade on top.
