Cheesecake in individual bowls

500 g Arla® fresh cream cheese

350 g Arla® whipping cream

90 g powdered sugar

Zest of 1 lime

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tsps vanilla essence

200 g oat biscuits

80 g Lurpak® butter

Red fruit marmalade for serving



Add the oat biscuits in a small mixer and beat well until well crushed and place them in a bowl. Melt the Lurpak® butter in a small saucepan, add it in the bowl with the biscuits and stir well using a spoon until the 2 ingredients are mixed well. Divide the biscuit mixture in the bowls, without pressing the biscuits in the bottom.

Add in a mixer, the fresh cream cheese Arla®, powdered sugar, zest of lemon and lime and vanilla essence and whisk until mixed well. Add the whipping cream Arla® and continue whisking until you have a fluffy cream. Divide the cream into the bowls and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

When the cheesecake in individual bowls are cooled down, take out of the fridge and serve Signature_black@2x.pngwith some red fruit marmalade on top.
