Banoffee pie in a glass

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes

Serves: 4 People



For the biscuit

  • 200 gr oat biscuits
  • 40 gr plain chocolate, grated
  • 70 gr Lurpak® butter, melted

For the caramel cream

  • 125 gr sugar
  • 200 gr warm Arla® whipping cream
  • 70 gr Lurpak butter

For the cream

  • 250 gr Arla® fresh cream cheese
  • 200 gr Arla® whipping cream
  • 3 tbsps powdered sugar

For the serving

  • 2 bananas, cut in slices
  • Some plain chocolate, grated



In a small mixer, add the biscuit and beat until grated. Add to a bowl. Add the grated plain chocolate and the 70 g melted butter Lurpak® and stir well. Place a small saucepan on medium heat, add sugar and let it melt until caramelised. Add the warm whipping cream Arla® and still well until it turns into a cream.

Take the saucepan off the heat, let it cool slightly and add the butter Lurpak®. Stir well until the butter is incorporated into the mixture. Let the caramel sauce cool down completely. In a mixer, add all the ingredients for the cream, the Arla® fresh cream cheese, Arla® whipping cream and powdered sugar and whisk until you get a fluffy cream. Add the cream into a bowl and place it in the fridge to cool down.

To serve, add the ingredients into the glasses in the following order: First the biscuit, a layer of cream, caramel sauce, cream Arla ®, some more caramel sauce, some banana slices and finish by sprinkling grated plain chocolate.
