Arla Protein Crepes

Yield: Two (2)

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 cup Arla Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Chocolate Flavoured)

50g butter 

 

Method:

In a bowl, create a well with flour then add eggs, slowly whisking them into flour

Gradually add in Arla Protein Milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 30 to 40

In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt butter. About 1/4 cup at a time, drop crepe mixture evenly onto pan, swirling it to evenly coat.

Cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining mixture 

Serve crepes with your favourite healthy toppings (sliced seasonal fruits, grinded whole wheat biscuits, honey etc.)
