Crispy Food, the makers of muesli tops for Arla Mini Meals, gets a new owner, Koff.

Currently market leader within so-called top-cups and muesli for the dairy industry, Crispy Food is based in Gørlev, Denmark and has an annual turnover of approx. DKK 65 million. The company employs 56 people.

"Crispy Food is being sold because we want to focus more on our core business. We're
delighted to sell to Koff, and we are confident that they will carry on the future development of the business," says Arla Foods' Vice CEO Povl Krogsgaard.

Crispy Food also produces the muesli top-cups for Arla Foods' Mini Meals.
The new owner, Koff A/S, the holding company for Kohberg Bread A/S, has a turnover of approx. DKK 1 billion and employs 750 people. Koff A/S' acquisition of Crispy Food is part of the company's long-term growth strategy.

"We're already heavily involved in the breakfast products' market and Crispy Foods fits our portfolio. The acquisition will enable us to offer existing and new customers an even stronger product range, and en-hance our product development skills," says Preben Fogtmann, Chairman of Koff A/S.
