Pasta with mushroom and fresh Arla Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 500 gr pasta (preferably linguini, tagliatelle or fettuccine)
  • Olive oil
  • 250 gr white mushroom champignon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 package of fresh Arla® Cream Cheese
  • Some chopped parsley
     

Directions

Boil the pasta. In a pan, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper and a clove of garlic. Lower heat.

When all of the liquid is gone from the mushrooms, add fresh Arla® Cream Cheese and stir for 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve with some fresh parsley garnish.
