Chicken with mozzarella and sundried tomatoes

Preparation Time: 10 minutes 

Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes


4 chicken fillets

200 gr Arla Mozzarella, cut in 4 equal pieces

4 fresh sage leaves

4 sun-dried tomatoes

30 ml olive oil

Salt and black pepper


Preheat the oven at 200C. Place the chicken fillets (soft side down) on a large dish, take off their fat and add salt and pepper. Add a mozzarella slice, 1 sun-dried tomato and a sage leaf on the center of each chicken filet. Add the filets in an ovenproof dish and next, add oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the central grill of the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Cut the filets diagonally and serve with fettuccine pasta or tagliatelle and garnish with some parsley.
