Arla Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Toast

Serving: One toast 

Prep time: 7 minutes



100g Arla Cottage Cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley

½ tbsp dried oregano 

1 large size wholegrain slice bread

70-100g smoked salmon

Few rocket leaves 

½ tbsp lemon zest



Put Arla cottage cheese, the chopped parsley, dried oregano, and the lemon zest in a bowl and mix the ingredients

Spread the cottage cheese blend on the toasted slice bread

Top with the smoked salmon and the rocket leaves
