Havarti cheese from Nr. Vium dairy took gold and silver this week with two 60 Creamy Havarti in different sizes at the world championships for butter and cheese in Wisconsin, USA.
The championships continue until Thursday when the category winners will compete for the overall world title.
The competition, the 25th, is organised by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers’ Association.
