Danish Dairy Exhibition sets a record

A record breaking 1,100 Nordic dairy products will be showcased at the Danish Dairy Exhibition next week in Herning, Jutland.
The exhibition on 10 and 11 November will present around 800 cheeses, 200 fresh products and 100 butter and spreadable products from Denmark, Sweden and the Faroe Islands.
The products will compete with each other in national groupings only, i.e. a Swedish cheese will not compete with a Danish cheese.
