An Arla Foods’ campaign for the organic Harmonie range has increased interest in organic milk products in Denmark, resulting in a large number of consumers contacting Arla Foods’ Consumer Service.

As part of the campaign, which kicked off in April, one of Arla Foods’ organic milk producers, Hardy Møller Christensen tells about his life and work with organic milk & dairy production on Harmonie milk cartons. Images from Hardy’s farm are also available at www.harmonie.dk. In May alone, the site had 2,000 hits – far more than any previous organic campaign.

”Perhaps the figure itself isn’t so high, but people should remember that we’re dealing with a relatively narrow target group,” says Karsten Jeppesen, Product Manager for liquid milk and organic products at Denmark Division’s Marketing Department. “But the approx. 350,000 Harmonie milk cartons we send to the shops every day continue to be the most important media by far.”

The organic campaign continues over the summer.
