EU approves parts of Express merger

According to the Reuters press agency, The European Commission has approved parts of the UK merger between Arla Foods plc and Express Dairies.
Other parts relating to the impact on the UK market for fresh liquid milk and cream must, however, be examined by the British competition authorities following a request from the UK.
