During the four day long event, senior executives from the world’s largest dairy companies will discuss the internationalisation of the dairy industry, food safety, nutrition and the potential for new dairy products for the food and food service industries.

Jens Bigum, Arla Foods’ Chief Executive, is scheduled to speak on Arla Foods’ role as a strong regional supplier of dairy products and a global supplier of ingredients and selected dairy products.

The chief executives of Nestlé, Danone, Yoplait, Campina and Fonterra will also attend the congress which runs from Tuesday to Friday.
