Organic products were the talking point when Danish Food Minister Ritt Bjerregaard visited Arla Foods’ head office in Viby on Tuesday on her way to the agricultural and machinery fair, Agromek, in Herning. As well as a general briefing, Ritt Bjerregaard was given an update on sales of organic products and on the large quantities of organic milk produced by Arla Foods’ co-operative owners in Denmark and the Group’s organic milk exports to the UK. The environment also featured in the discussions.
