Arla Foods’ organic blue and havarti, recently launched in the US, were exhibited at the important IDDBA fair for the first time this weekend. The 2001 IDDBA (International Dairy Deli and Bakery Association) takes place in Minneapolis and showcases dairy, delicatessen and bakery products from a large number of exhibitors. Arla Foods is represented with its own stand where mould cheeses in the Rosenborg range and yellow cheeses under the Denmark’s Finest brand are also on display.

“This is the most important fair in the US and the only national one which we believe is relevant to us,” said Executive Director of Arla Foods USA, Jens Bang Pedersen. “It is attended by the largest and most important retail buyers as well as our sales agents and distributors.”
