We are now looking for a Web Content Manager with primary focus on B2B and based at our head office in Stockholm! 

About the job

As Web Content Manager, you are responsible for a specific range of web content in our Arla in-house agency named Gården. You are dedicated to our owned websites and digital channels with a primary focus on managing content towards our business area for out of home eating (Foodservice) and retail (B2B content marketing). You are a part of the Gården team that consists of people specialized in content strategy for our brands and stories, content production and distribution through our digital channels including website and service development, where you will play a key role.

In this role, we are expecting you to be a self-driven and energetic person with interest for food to challenge our strategies and make our communication attractive and alive. In direct and close collaboration with your local stakeholders, you ensure that Foodservice and retail web content marketing strategies are translated and executed according to plan. You manage pro-actively your content plan, create and publish web content all through securing a high level of quality and focusing on creating a strong user experience that is highly engaging and delivering on your stakeholders’ objectives. You also drive the management of our B2B newsletter publication and support the necessary strategy to make your audience grow, interact and ensure website customer journey can effectively support sales on our B2B website. Finally, you provide a strong support to our digital business developer to make our website evolve according to our business and your content needs.

In this role you are responsible for all web content within your area and create synergy with external digital marketing initiatives (Social Media, LinkedIn, events…)  – and it is up to you to make sure quality, clarity and consistency on our platform. You organize your activities by being responsible of your content plan and coordination with your stakeholders to deliver content according to plan and specifications. You have the responsibility to challenge your assignments and websites to always create the best user and content experience in line with the business objectives. You will furthermore produce and develop digital content which requires a strong understanding of web production and development principles/best practices and you are able to create/work on all types of digital content needed (text, image, video).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience from working with web and digital content perhaps as a web content manager or editor. You know creative and digital agency work and processes and it is a plus if you have experience from Ecommerce, B2B, Retail and/or FMCG. To be successful in this role we believe that you have: 

  • Extensive experience with web content management systems and web Publishing (Episerver, Wordpress)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and APSIS (newsletter management)
  • A minimum knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and other Adobe tools. Google Analytics and Search Console are a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and prioritize/organize your work flow
  • Proficiency within content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
  • Good command of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong spelling skills (Swedish and English) - Grammar, proof reading and editing skills 

With a strong focus on your stakeholders, you have the strength to raise their digital capability, challenge their content strategy to always be relevant and you show a strong mindset to drive change with ways of working and best practices. We see you as an energetic person that is analytical enough to provide relevant content insights (Google Analytics and Search Console data) to challenge directions and decisions. You also understand how content can lead to strategic and usable data to activate audiences across other marketing channels in collaboration with our digital marketing strategists.
