Talent Sourcing Consultant - Leeds

As a Talent Sourcing Consultant you will have responsibility for proactive sourcing and selecting the best possible employees for Arla. Talent Acquisition (TA) in Arla is responsible for sourcing and recruiting the very best talent, across all specialist areas of the business. As a Talent Sourcing Consultant you will partner closely with your colleagues in TA, with HRBP’s and with business stakeholders, not just in the UK but across Europe in order to map and build up an external talentpool.

About You

You will have minimum 2 years’ experience as a resourcer or research consultant in a RPO, Recruitment Agency or Internal Recruitment Function. You will be up to date on current recruitment trends and have your finger on the pulse with cutting edge sourcing methods. The ideal candidate with be an expert in sourcing hard to find candidates within niche market sectors. You will also be familiar with traditional search methods such as Boolean searching, jobs boards and LinkedIn.

The Role

You will carry out the Talent Sourcing model for the UK and work together with the Talent Acquisition Consutlants in the UK and Talent Sourcing colleagues in Europe. You will help to develop new strategies along with following existing ones within your target skillsets by building up a network of candidate leads that fit predictive hiring needs.

  • Responsible for Identifying and screening potential candidates and presenting them to the business with your findings
  • Research and gather market intelligence by mapping target companies and delivering up-to-date data driven insights on candidate career drivers.
  • Identify new routes to market with current up to date sourcing trends.
  • Adhere to Global Data Protection Regulations
