As part of the Global People Development team, you help support and develop the talents in Arla globally. We are on an exciting journey, where our approach to Talent Management has undergone significant changes. Building the foundation for talent development excellence
As talent development consultant, you will be responsible for driving and continually optimizing our Global Graduate Programme, F15. Besides this, you will be involved in many other aspects of global talent development in Arla Foods.
The key responsibilities are:
- F15 recruitment, onboarding, rotation management and offboarding.
- Sparring partner for F15 graduates on development and career.
- Prepare and implement the yearly people review process in Arla Foods.
- Design and execute Graduate trainings.
- Leverage digital learning technologies, especially focusing on the use of blended learning solutions.
A proactive and structured person with the capacity to execute.
We see two profiles as the ideal candidate. Either you are a newly graduate and among the best within your field of expertise and have relevant experience from your student jobs or internships. Alternatively, you are interested in developing people and supporting business results, with some years of experience from Arla or another international organization and want to further pursue an exciting career within HR.
As a person, you are not afraid of taking initiatives, when you see a possibility to improve existing processes. You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. You work in a structured way with your stakeholders, but is able to show flexibility when needed, in order to accommodate critical business needs. You are highly motivated by successful implementation of plans and concepts.
Finally, your strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate with a multitude of different stakeholders.
We expect that you are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and know how to make an effective PowerPoint presentation.
